Account data: Name, email address, clinic name, and password (hashed).

Usage data: Reel generation history, template preferences, and credit usage.

Uploaded content: Photos and text you provide for reel generation. These are processed for generation and not retained after your reel is created.

Payment data: Processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide the Service; process payments; improve reel quality; send transactional emails; provide customer support.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: Stripe (payments), AI processing providers (for reel generation, without identifying information), and as required by law.

4. Patient Data / HIPAA

NEXT.REAL Reels is not a HIPAA-covered entity. The Service is designed so that you provide treatment information, not patient information. Do not upload content that contains protected health information (PHI). Photos you upload are processed for generation and not retained.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Generated reels are available for download for 30 days. Uploaded images are deleted after reel generation.

6. Security

We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted and logged.

7. Your Rights

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication. We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not track individual users.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
