By accessing or using NEXT.REAL Reels ("Service"), operated by NEXT.REAL Reels ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
NEXT.REAL Reels provides AI-powered video reel generation tools designed for medical spas and aesthetic clinics. The Service includes template-based reel creation, image processing, and video generation.
3. Accounts and Credits
You must create an account to use the Service. Credits are required to download generated reels. Free credits are provided upon signup. Purchased credits do not expire. Refunds are not available for used credits.
4. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, text). AI-generated reels are licensed to you for commercial use upon download. You may not resell the Service or generated content as a competing product.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: upload content that violates any law; use the Service for deceptive or misleading medical claims; attempt to reverse-engineer the Service; share account credentials.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
